Same delicious food cooked over wood and charcoal, just on wheels. Our outdoor Street Asado trailer serves dishes cooked over wood and charcoal, with a built-in viewing hatch to allow people to watch our cooking methods.

No kitchen at your venue? No problem. It has a fully-equipped kitchen inside, the same size as many commercial kitchens so we've got everything covered and you'll get the exact same high standard as you would in our restaurant.

Whatever the event, Cáscara will work alongside you to create a bespoke menu that reflects you and your event. From wedding breakfasts to corporate events. We can help with tasting menus, set course menus and street food menus.
